Diamond tools

Developed in Germany. Manufactured in Europe.

For decades, the research and development department in Haiger, Germany, has been setting standards in the further development of grinding and cutting technologies. This is also where the foundation for the quality and safety of Klingspor diamond tools was laid.
The latest manufacturing technologies, strict quality controls and innovative developments from research and development in Germany guarantee consistently high performance, durability and precision.

Klingspor is looking back on a significant anniversary in 2025: Ten years ago, the company opened its own production facility for diamond tools in Lviv, Ukraine. This strategic decision by Klingspor set a milestone in the company's history and once again underlined its claim to manufacture high-quality products in-house.

Our range: As diverse as your construction project!

A construction project presents major challenges – both for the user and for the tool used.
A wide range of applications and materials require a broad product range. At Klingspor, we offer not only classic diamond tools for mineral materials but also an extensive selection of cutting and grinding tools for working with almost any material found on a construction site.

Small but powerful!
We rely on artificially grown industrial diamonds – only a few micrometres to a maximum of 1 mm in size. But it is precisely their small size that makes them perfect for diamond cutting discs: exceptionally hard and wear-resistant!
Precision at the highest level!
With DIA SET technology, we place each diamond at a precisely defined position on the disc: because our quality standard is no coincidence

Sanding surfaces

Perfect surfaces for flawless results

While the processes of removing adhesive residue from surfaces at the construction site or roughening these surfaces for further processing may prove tedious, they are of vital importance for the subsequent work steps. Klingspor’s abrasive solutions allow construction professionals to complete these tasks with ease as our tools work with minimum vibrations and maximum efficiency. Klingspor furthermore offers aggressive, yet long-lasting abrasive solutions that substantially expedite the process of preparing and finishing weld seams as well as the removal of scale layers in railway and steel construction.

Drilling

Simple hole starting, clean drilling

Drilling is ubiquitous at the construction site: Whether it is breakthroughs for chimney pipes, ducts for wiring harnesses or holes for sanitary installation pipes. The requirements may vary tremendously depending on the wall thickness, the material and the machine used. What is more, some applications, especially work on sanitary installations involving such tasks as installing towel holders or sink mounting hardware, require primarily that the tiled section remain intact.

But, that is not the only application for Klingspor’s drill bits: they are also used in road building and construction above and below ground. The wide range of available diameters and accessories lets every professional user find the product that matches their particular application to a T.
